Abstract: This success story highlights the transformative journey of Shri Ramachandra Sahoo, a 45year old progressive farmer from Jatipur village of Puri district, Odisha, who significantly enhanced his crop productivity and income through the adoption of mulching technology. With guidance from Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Puri, and support from the NICRA project, Shri Sahoo demonstrated how climate-resilient agricultural practices can lead to sustainable farming, improved resource management, and community adoption.
